HI Jasper

Hi Jasper was a beautiful hostle, the only other hostel that was this was level was in Japan, shell Nell mamba! Elk right outside, great facilities, staff were super friendly and singing harry potter themes. Would definitely return and recommend

Brand new hostel. Clean, and modern. Excellent kitchen. We had a family room with private bathroom which suited us well. However, the only downfall is for the same price we could have gotten a hotel room with air conditioning. The rooms are not air conditioned and it can be uncomfortably warm. However, what is good about the hostel is the amenities including a kitchen , small cafe, and outside patio with a barbecue and close proximity to downtown.

Rooms & washrooms were very clean. Receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. Overflow parking lot is a little far and secluded from HI Jasper. Would go again

we're staying with the baby and queen bed (comfy) works for us. eventhough there's no aircondition, it's cold at night. we're not even using the fan. i recommend this place and will be back here if decided to travel in jasper again.

It was a clean place to stay, but very basic. This a no frills place to stay. The room was clean and it was within walking distance to the Main Street. Parking at night was not the greatest. I would stay there again. The front desk staff was super and friendly they made us feel welcome 😊

I found it offensive during covid times you had to PURCHASE hand soap. I’m fine bringing my own shampoo etc, but no soap to wash your hands? Also, the bed had a hill in the middle and I felt like I was rolling out of bed all night.

I loved the location. Front desk staff was amazing. But the room was like a prison cell. No comfort, no air conditioning, and no tv. For $265 per night, it should have had at least one of these if not two of these things. Also the cleaning staff is very dishonest. One of them walk away with my daughters brand new series 5 Apple Watch that she had just received for her birthday. The manager just told me I can’t prove it was them and left it at that. For this, I will never recommend anyone stay at this Hotel. It should be shut down! Thieves!

Auberge neuve, propre, bien située et le personnel agréable. Nous avions une chambre privée, elle était propre, mais pas très grande. Le lit était petit, bas et la ventilation était très bruyante.
