Room wasn’t very clean. Back of someone’s dirty earring left on sink from previous guest. Hotel keys did not work. Had to go down to front desk 4 different times because we couldn’t get into our room. Something spilled on table- lots of ants. Overall, disappointed.

Hotel staff was great. Hotels.com not so much.
Checking in was a nightmare. Hotels.com did not push my reservation modification thru to the hotel. When I went to check in, the hotel did not have the correct information. Then Hotels.com booked the correct night for me but acted as if they were doing me a favor by transferring the money I already paid to the new reservation. I did not get checked in until after spending an hour on the phone with Hotels.com (being transferred a couple times) and finally made it to my room around 11:30pm.
