Great location but this is an old building. The rooms look better in the pictures than in its actuality. Bathroom Is dark, not very clean

This hotel is pretty good for the price and location. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel look elsewhere, but if you just need a place to sleep while you enjoy the city it works. You will most likely need to speak spanish, but its location although noisy is great to tour the heart of Mexico City.

We were put on the second floor, which seemed like a construction site. The hall and the room had a nasty old carpet. We got there and they did not have a mini fridge in the room like the description said. I called and they did bring one up. The a.c. Window Unit Was not functioning properly so they sent another unit that had a hose. We had to open the window and leave it open in order to let the hot air out. Needles to say, we just went with out a.c. The staff is friendly and I have no comments about them, the state of the hotel is what I disliked. It looks old and raggedy from the inside. No such thing as an upscale hotel. They need to maintain it and invest in it. And most definitely tear out that nasty old carpet.
