I was generally pleased with this property, it was in a convenient location, the room was comfortable, clean and the relatively quiet. the bed was a little hard for my liking. Overall I'd recommend it to friends and family.
The stay was good. This is was our second time at this hotel. Its not the best place but its good enough that we would stay again.
The suite was roomy and comfortable, everything was in working order. I think the Breakfast could be improved even during this time of COVID. I have stayed at other places during this time with better breakfast offerings. Maybe some cups of Oatmeal, choice of the type of Yogurt we get, cereal cups.
First room smelled of cigarettes so I went back to the front desk and the lady immediately gave us a new room, she was very nice. Only downfall I didn’t mention to the hotel, I forgot about it, but noticed the bathroom had dark long hairs in it and a ring of mess around the tub- no one in our family has dark or long hair, so the bathroom could have used a little more attention during the cleaning, but was a good place other then that!
Staff was rude upon arrival. The room smelled musty and like cigarettes. The bed was not comfortable. No hot breakfast. We called down to the front desk to ask for a Time slot for the pool and we were put on hold for 10 minutes before we hung up and walked down to the front desk where yet again we received a rude response that the next available pool time was “maybe 10 or 11”. We will not be back. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
Staff were friendly and the service was great! They had hand sanitizing station all over the hotel.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, it was in a good location, pool was clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The gym needs updating, machines and equipment were very old.
Everyone was very nice including maid service, they went out of their way to help us. Beds not too comfortable but dealt with it, the place is old and needs to have upgrades big time. Pool area and pool was nice and clean.
Needs a little updating and the rooms had a funky musty smell. It was clean and beds very comfortable.
One would think in this time of Covid-19, that the hotel would go out of it's way yo keep customer's rooms as clean as possible. Not here, we had to ask for someone to clean the bathroon, after 2 days without cleaning. Had stayed here many timed in the past, but doubt we will return.
