Checked in late and seemed to have annoyed the front desk clerk. Poor customer service. Hotel room had no hot water. Miserable stay but thank goodness it was just to get some sleep before traveling further.

Staff was Unbelievable GREAT
The hotel was very clean, the Staff was Excellent and very Helpful. But it is so close to the road, that you could hear all of the cars and big Rigs all night long. The bed wasn't too comfy for me, my husband thought it was okay. Only an one night stay coming from Denver to Dallas. We have stayed here before but I'm afraid we won't again just because of the location to the road noise.

It’s somewhat rundown. They allow dogs and do not charge. That’s the main reason we stay at Red Roof. Some are quite nice some need a little talc. Cleaning the vinyl floors so your feet don’t get filthy would be a good start. I washed mine before I went to bed
