If you love roaches, this is the place for you!!!!
My daughter and I were displaced from Hurricane Helene, and stayed at the Motel 6. Everything was fine until the pest control lady came and made her rounds to each room to spray for bugs. That evening there were roaches just everywhere!! I let the front desk lady, Carrie or Sherry (I can’t remember her name) know, and she sent her boyfriend or hubby (they both live there) to Home Depot to buy “more” bug spray. They were fully aware of the problem since he let her know that they were out of roach spray and that he would have to buy more. She apparently sprayed while I was out, and I’m not even sure that she really did because it didn’t help. I ended up having to throw most of my belongings away and buy vacuum sealed storage bags to protect the belongings that I had to keep. Hotels.com contacted them and they had the audacity to say that I didn’t bring it to their attention. I obviously did, and I did again at checkout. I should at the very least be compensated for the bags that I had to buy!

Got what we paid for. Bed was clean but ice bucket was smelly and dirty, lamp had no button for on and off ( broken) had to be unplugged. AC unit leaked water into floor.

We are early risers and the only thing in the room for my husband to drink was decaf coffee, but no hot cups to make it. So he went without coffee from 4 AM till 6 AM when he could get coffee . No decaf or hot water and I try not to drink coffee. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were nice and quiet. Price was good. Would stay there again.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!
Well two nights wrre ok little noisy but ok and the 3rd night was almost unbearable ,the lady on the night shift embarrassed me tremendously, said she was calling police on me cause I hadn't paid but i had paid ...i was totally embarrassed and will never stay there again. If hotels.com doesnt compensate my troubles i doubt I'll ever even use them again... that's how bad it was!!!!!!!!!!!!!
