The building looks a bit run-down, but the room itself was very nice and clean. There is a major road with lots of traffic in front of the hotel but my room faced the back of the building so it wasn't noisy at all. The area around the hotel is not the fanciest part of town, but there is a mall nearby with plenty of food options and a nice lakeside park relatively close as well.
