Memphis Hotel

El hotel en si está bien es básico, pero el área es terrible no la recomiendo, en todo momento me sentí insegura, había gente en plena calle consumiendo drogas, burdeles, indigentes... Aceptable el hotel pero su ubicación es fatal.

El personal es muy amable, el desayuno excelente. Muy bien ubicado.

Esta en una calle ruidosa, no muy bonita, a unos minutos de la estacion central. Tiene una parada de tranvia en frente. No tiene aire acondicionado. Personal cero amable

Travelled with three friends, so this fulfilled our needs. although one room was quite a bit larger than the other. Basic at the moment (no bar or restaurant during Covid-19), but comfortable. Location (near train station) is convenient for exploring the city on foot; there were a few "undesirables" on the streets in the evenings, but they weren't bothering tourists, as far as I could tell. Some decent bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk.

It is a budget hotel and some items a bit dated, but it is very clean, central, double rooms are big, all rooms have mini-bar and safe, comfortable bed. Decent breakfast for the price.

Nice clean place. Small elevator. Only 2 complaints were that the flat sheet they used as a fitted sheet was too small and I always found that it had come off during the night and I was sleeping on the mattress itself. Second, the doors don't have any inside locking device and one morning the maid walked in while I was still in bed.

Great location, staff very friendly, beds very small though.

Great location but very small room

The service was horrible. I booked for two adult and a child and they only gave us one doble my husband has to sleep in the floor. They said that they don’t have other rooms.They need to paint the walls and do a lot of date. But the hotel is very close to the center.

The receptionist at the time of checkout asked me to pay for the room whereas the paper she showed to me clearly said that it's pre-paid. On explaining to her that I have already paid, she showed me another paper where she seems to have charged gues on checkout even after prepayment. I find it suspicious as to why hotel would ask for payment and then say it's fine when we explain to them. Otherwise the stay was comfortable and room clean, excellent location. Good Value for money. Bed could be more comfortable though.
