I arrived late and there was no one at the counter. When he did come he had said there was an emergency at the neighbouring hotel? But he was very friendly. The room was nice until you closed the bathroom door, it was mid repair… the room was quite cold also. Overall I would stay again, mostly because the counter staff was friendly

Great if all you want to do is sleep.
Room was very clean and fairly updated. A/C heater was annoying and basically turned on and off constantly. Shower/toilet closet was very tight and difficult to manoeuvre in. Breakfast was pretty bad with granulated powdered eggs, some type of sausage and potatoes that were ok. Even the jam packages are so old you couldn’t spread the jam. There was also no lobby sitting area so you had to be in your room or go out. Also no elevator. I would stay again if I was just sleeping there but for a weekend event with a group it wasn’t the best choice.

The check in was a nightmare even tho a pre check in was emailed. The soundproofing was none existent and staff generally confused on what they were to do and how to do it. Bed was hard and room hot with no way to turn it down. Breakfast did not taste right so I passed on eating it after a few bites. I could not get out of there fast enough
