DON'T STAY HERE!
I had a delayed flight, so I checked in at night. The lobby was very dirty. People were hanging outside and there was a guy sleeping in the room where they are supposed to serve breakfast. The clerk was nice (that's the only positive thing). I got to my room, and there was water all over the bathroom floor. Called the front desk to report it, no answer. Went to front desk, no one there. Went back to my room, and water started pouring from the bathroom ceiling. Call the front desk again, no answer. Went to the front desk, no one there. After calling for a good 15mins. The clerk arrived. I explained the situation, and she said that they had no spare rooms and no maintenance man because it was the weekend. Didn't even get any sleep because of the dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom. Worst place ever!!!

Awful experience. We checked out IMMEDIATELY after seeing the room. They said on their website that they offered free breakfast and when we arrived they didn't. Felt very unsafe!!!!!! People lurking everywhere!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL
Dirty and NOT THE ROOM I PAID FOR!!! I paid for a two bed, pull out couch room and was downgraded to a one bed with a chair. This room had hair on the counter in bathroom and kitchen, fridge was gross and rusted, bathtub WAS DIRTY. My daughter and I literally went to sleep and pushed the recliner in front of the door because it felt so in-safe!!! I do NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone.

Terrible Experience - Stay Away!
I booked a suite with two double beds and a sofa, but upon arrival, I was told they had overbooked and my room was unavailable. I had to accept a room with just one bed and rollaway beds, which the staff failed to mention at check-in. I checked out at 6 AM and realized I forgot my tennis shoes. I called the front desk, and they assured me they would look for them. When I returned around 5 PM, the assistant manager claimed they hadn’t found anything. To make matters worse, the room was dirty and smelled of smoke. There was mold on the sofa bed and multiple stains on the mattress, making my stay extremely uncomfortable. Be aware and stay away from this property!
