I booked this hotel mainly for the shuttle to and from the Braves game—my mom has mobility issues, so that feature was a big draw. Unfortunately, the shuttle never showed up either way. We waited 40 minutes for the first shuttle, missed the beginning of the game (Usher threw the first pitch!), and had to Lyft. After the game, we were told the shuttle would arrive at 10:30. We were there early, waited over an hour, called the hotel multiple times, even got the shuttle’s direct number—no shuttle.
The hotel itself was just okay. The hallways were hot, and our room’s A/C barely worked and was super loud. Parking and breakfast aren’t included ($17 and $21, respectively), which was frustrating but at least clearly listed when booking. What really bothered me was the lack of customer service—when I brought up the shuttle issue at checkout, I got a casual “I’ll pass that on” with no offer to make it right.
I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in the area and this one ranks at the bottom. Can’t recommend it.
