Under renovation but the renovated room was nice and the staff of great.
This place is obviously in the middle of a renovation and our room was partially updated (beautiful bathroom fixtures and bed furniture but old kitchen and door). Considering this, the stay was still very comfortable. Also, we were just finishing up a 2 week road trip and all the other hotels that offer free breakfast have just cancelled it during Covid time but this hotel offers a free frozen option you can take to your room and heat up. Although it’s not award winning, it’s great to have that as a free option.
I picked this based on previous overall rating. Three things: No hot water, A/C was very loud, no coffee maker in the room. However, staff was awesome. I was diappointed to bathe in cold water, cranky no-coffee girl didn;t say anything because the next day would be spent driving alone so I really didn't need hot water. Nice room and nice staff, for sure.
The rooms were dirty. When we opened the couch into the bed. There was old fries and Cheetos in the bed. I was charged more than what my receipt said. Not happy at all
Not clean & tried to reach an agent at orbitz for over an hour to dicuss this among other disappointments. Never was able to reach anyone.
Paid for the Marriott name but got the Motel 6 experience which their rooms are probably better looks like the old motel 6 furniture went to this hotel. Crack in the tub which wasn’t clean. Ceiling fan should be out of order. Bed was uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the price and will never stay there again. Only plus side was the staff they are very friendly just work at a non functioning hotel.
The room was ok, but the staff was not friendly and the breakfast was frozen nasty sandwiches and pancakes. The building is old, clean, but I could have stayed in a better place for the same price.
Even though my visit was during covid and many of the amenities were closed due to covid, all of my needs were met and I was very happy with my stay. The manager and assistant manager were very helpful and accommodating and the hotel was clean. I had my service poodle with me and they were very accommodating for this situation.
Great spot just to stay the night. Room was huge and very comfortable
Thaw room was very clean . They are in the process of renovations so the exterior was messy. They also should get rid of the carpet in the rooms. The experience was good . Attentive staff and great location.
