We would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers, especially to families!
We traveled as a family of 5, having booked 2 rooms. Our children (ages 7 and 5) really enjoyed the bunk beds. The rooms are spacious, with a laundry/drying machine in each unit. They also provide the detergent for the laundry to use as well. The unit and bathroom are very clean. The only minor downside is that the bedroom uses 2 twin beds rather than a king bed - but I think this is the norm for Tokyo where there are narrow elevators and it may be difficult to move in a King sized beds. However, the bed themselves are very comfortable. We stayed in the hotel for 8 days and we had a restful sleep every night.
The area around the hotel is quiet at night, but it is centrally located - near 3 subway lines - the Onarimon Station, Daimon Station and Hamamatsucho Station. We used all 3 during our stay and it made sight seeing around Tokyo very easy. Each of these stations are between 5-10 minute walk. Just make sure to get a SUICA card ahead of time (digital suica is the easiest on your smart phone) and we got a Child SUICA at the JR office in Narita.
Re: dining, there are a lot of restaurants within walking distance in the Daimon area nearby 5-10 minute walk as well. Or you can hop on a train to go to your preferred destination.
Lastly, we want to put a special commendation to Yu, the front reception staff - who was extremely warm and welcoming. He answered all of our questions and more!
