Horrible Stay. I had to do everything!
Whenever I stay at a hotel, I check the towels, sheets, and the chairs. One of The towels had a long hair inside the folds, one was no big deal… but the bedsheets when I pulled them back, there was dirt and dead skin… like they just remade the bed instead of changing the sheets. There was blue chip crumbs on the carpet and the bathroom floor. The “free breakfast” is just coffee and prepacked muffins. When I called down for multiple items I was informed I had to go down and get them. And when I asked for a bed change, I had to do it myself… what kind of hotel makes YOU vacuum, change sheets, and take out the trash before you leave?

There was only one staff person at check-in. There were instructions to dial zero on the house phone, after which we waited several minutes for the person to show up. I went back down to request a hair dryer and the staff person never showed up.

The rooms were clean and the staff we nice. However we booked a room for 4 people. Our room included a queen size bed and pull out couch when we arrived there was no bddding for the couch. We had to wait till 6pm to get clean bedding as there was only 1 staff member working. We also had to ssk and wait for cups, plates and cutlery. The front desk obviously knew we had 4 guests so this should have been communicated but I I've heard another guests saying he had the same problem. They need more staff in the pm. The guy working was run off his feet and hard to reach. They're included breakfast was also not available because their shipment never arrived... we stayed her to go shopping in Lynnwood. I wouldn't stay here again I'll find something closer. The rooms and pool area were clean but no amenities. Not even a blow dryer in the room.

Price was s bit lower. Staff was pleasant but for some reason we had no coffee or continental breakfast which was not noted at check in. Fridge froze our food. Room was clean but lobby carpets were not. Convenient access. Near plenty of food choices. Wondering if staffing shortage may be a problem just like all the rest of us. If that's the issue with the negatives, it's understandable. We're all just trying to keep up.

Hotel advertises they have breakfast but they didn't. They blamed it on their vendor but seemd like a regular thing as they said no food for at least 3 days. There is a grocery store nearby they could go buy fruit or something. When pointed out no breakfast, staff refused any discount. There was a dog on the 3rd floor that was barking any time it heard a noise and didnt sound like anyone was with it telling it to stop. Told management and they did nothing. No ice maker. Hotel smelled musty. No small coffee pot in room. Light bulb missing from fixture. Tear in carpet. I don't recommend this hotel.

Overall another extended stay. Some staff rude aggressive threatening hostile. Smokers required to smoke outside no coverage in a rainstorm. No quarters on site despite notification quarters at front desk for vending machines and laundry. Will not retunn will not use extended stay America again. Television did not work. Simple fix. Dishwasher controls did not work. Wierd people in parking lot at night. Unsecuered access key card not required to enter building.

Although i liked the convenience and how quiet it was. The smell of feet and corn chips aroma when you enter the room was overbearing... even after turn on the air to try and air it out, the smell wouldn't go away.
