Disappointed, not a 3.5 star worthy hotel.
Upon checking in, the lobby was fine and the clerk was friendly. One of the two keys I was given didn't work. Not a huge deal as I was staying alone.
After stepping into the room, I saw a large stain on the carpet near the window. They obviously tried to clean it, but with a stain that large and distracting, you simply need to replace the carpet.
There was a used plastic cup that the cleaning crew missed between the nightstand and the bed, as well as a used dryer sheet ok the floor. Not very reassuring of their attention to detail.
The chair and mini ottoman were extremely old and worn out. They seemed like something you would find at a goodwill rejection pile.
The shampoo/conditioner dispenser was almost empty, as was the toilet paper roll. There was one extra roll of toilet paper which needed to be opened almost immediately.
The door knob and water fixtures look metal but felt insanely cheap and plastic, as if you could break them with very little effort.
The free breakfast was fine, and the lady working in the area was very friendly.
I did not have the time to try the pool or hot tub so I can't comment on those.
Overall, outside of the employees I interacted with, I was extremely disappointed with this hotel and will not stay there again.
