Top notch service
This hotel is in a great location within walking distance of several good local restaurants. The hotel was very clean and very convenient. However, it was their customer service that was amazing! Let me say this was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had at any hotel, from the time we got there until we left, top notch service. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice ambience and in a convenient location. We loved the idea of staying in the historical building. We reserved the king room, which from the web image shows two large windows in the room, but we were given a room with tiny little window. The hotel staff explained that they were all sold out and cannot move us. This room should be advertised as is and not be grouped or charged the same price with the room with normal size windows. Other than this, it was a good downtown option overall.
