Girl that checked me in was wonderful other than that, to me if you wanted to through a party this hotel is for you, saw a lot of other quests throwing trash in the halls, saw lots of quests young old using the hotel like it was their own playground, I heard lots of partying going on in multiple rooms, unfortunately most guests don’t respect others that are staying in the hotel as you. The room itself wasn’t bad other than people younger group was talking loud and playing music even louder
Very comfortable stay. My kids enjoyed the pool and I was able to work out. Easy access to MOA. Suites were spacious and convenient for a family of 4.
The hotel was very nice and the bed was super comfy. Check in was quick & easy! The lady who checked us in was awesome with how busy she was! Some staff treated us as we did not belong in the hotel though.

Has a nice stay while we were doing some early holiday shopping. Felt the COVID precautions were good, just didn’t like the boxed breakfasts, two of us are allergic to chocolate and we got chocolate chocolate chip muffins, would have preferred to have a choice of muffin.
Very nice "home" style hotel rooms...they have great interior design and a cozy feel. Sofa ottoman, full size dishwasher, microwave, fridge, 55 inch 4K TV and great bed. What more do you need? Oh and the roller "blackout" blinds are too good.....even during the day it remains pitch black in the room. I ended up missing my alarms a few times because I thought the sun wasn't up yet. I was also especially impressed with how professional and nice the staff are here. Hilton's cleaning policy is the best I've seen in the hotel industry. Staff were always wearing a masking and areas were cleaned often. I felt safe despite the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. This is starting to sound like a shill post but I've never stayed at a Home2 or even a Hilton hotel before. At every corner my expectations were exceeded. Biggest problem I had was leaving.....so nice that I could live there!
The room was clean and very spacious. They had plenty of towels in the room so we did not have to call down for more. The microwave stopped working on our last day and the maintenance worker came up and fixed it within 20minutes.
Everyone was nice.
Great setup for all 6 of us!
