Seemed to focus more of the rooftop bar than the hotel side during our stay. Room was very clean and tidy.

Highly recommend this funky hotel
Highly recommend this hotel. Location is excellent - easy walking to shops, cafes, bars, attractions etc. The whole place (hotel and room) was super clean. Bed comfortable and linen new and fresh. The grab n go breakfast was a great way to start the day. Coffee machine and 4x coffee pods available along with a selection of teas. Nice bathroom toiletries. A funky, art hotel that's a bit different... I would happily stay there again.

This is an amazing hotel to stay in. The staff are incredibly lovely and friendly and the aesthetic of the hotel is wonderful. It’s bright and colourful and perfect to stay in for a weekend away. It is also right in the heart of Christchurch, making it an extremely close walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping centres. I would highly recommend The Muse!

Housekeeping found out that it was my birthday and left me a lovely note and treats. I was very touched. The Muse is in a fantastic location! Everything we wanted was within walking distance or a 20min drive. We had room 507 which was quiet, had great views and a bit more space.

Great location, clean and new. Excellent staff. The only suggestion is for the heating to be able to be adjusted by client. Heating was set to high. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful little hotel, renovated beautifully. Very quiet rooms. Friendly and helpful service at the front desk. Continental breakfast delivered the evening before - fresh croissant, cereal, yoghurt, apple and juice. Espresso coffee machine in room and free coffee pods. Really enjoyed our nights sat at the Muse and would recommend. Will be even more amazing once the rooftop bar/restaurant opens!

It was a pleasure staying at The Muse, Christchurch, Art Hotel. The situation was very convenient. it was about 5 minutes walk to the bus station,cafes and restaurants. The rooms were excellent, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Our first room was on the 3rd floor and was fine but with no views, our second was on the 4th floor and had amazing views of the city. The ladies on reception, were very friendly and very helpful. We would definately stay there again if we come to Christchurch.
