You can hear everything specially on the rooms with connecting doors! My neighbours had loud music all night. I called the reception several times and still nothing done . The noise was at 5:30am 2:30am and 6:30am its was no sleep!

Staff wasn’t very accomodating at check in (got charged 2 deposits which they weren’t aware of and had to chase them request for a room change which was denied), shower had very low force, was getting charged for an extra bottle of water and breakfast trays were left with empty scraps by 9:30. Overall it was disappointing and poorly managed.
