Feels old and dated
Hotel felt a bit dated, including the room. Mattresses could be updated. We had booked a room for a family of five, and as Bonvoy members we were automatically checked in and received an email that the room was ready for us. When checking in at 10:30 pm, there was no extra bed for the fifth person in the room. Nobody picked up on phone so had to go to reception. Very friendly staff. Took 30 minutes to get the extra bed. Kids very much enjoyed the extended pool area.

The hotel is nice but needs updating. Definitely not worth the amount we paid to stay granted it was New Year’s Eve. Our room smelled so bad of mold/mildew that we had to go down and tell the front desk. We even checked the air filters ourselves thinking that was the reason it smelled so bad.

Best deal at Disney
Splurged and got a balcony room. It was amazing. Had 2 balconies. Always clean. Beds are so comfortable. It’s in the perfect location on Disney property. We stay here every year!

Great location and hotel
Always love Dolphin and Swan- stayed here many times. Location is excellent and boat and walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood studios is awesome Room was great location and balcony to fireworks. Only thing is bathroom shower area door is too big for the space. Remove door and out farmhouse door outside it’s cumbersome. Replace coffee machine with Nespresso! Otherwise perfect
