Bare Necessities
Our stay was a little surprising. The night staff Matice was very friendly and did whatever he could to make us feel comfortable while they were under going renovations. We were kindly moved to the 2nd floor the 2nd night to lessen the footsteps heard from above. All in all it was fine.

A reasonable deal considering
It’s surprisingly difficult to get fresh towels. You must find the hosekeeper that is assigned to YOUR zone. If you ask the “wrong” one for towels you get turned away.

This was an amazingly horrible experience with even worse management. They booked another couple into our room in the middle of the night. They literally walked in the room while my gf was asleep. This action resulted in our key cards being deactivated (I was at work) and when she walked to the store in the morning, she could not get back in. They refused to give her a new card, even with me on the phone with them, because they said that she was not a “registered” guest. They would not give her our belongings in the room. After a long argument on the phone (I was hung up on twice!) they stated “well, you definitely aren’t getting your belongings now!” I reserved the room for two people. They didn’t request her ID upon check in. And the desk person lied and told the manager that I threatened to “kill him”. I’m a local businessman……not the low life scum that they treated us as. They kept our deposit as well as our belongings. I have a pending lawsuit against them. BEWARE
