Ojo Azul Resort

El hotel está muy bonito, mis felicitaciones al Chef cocina delicioso!! La única sugerencia es que cambien el jabón de baño y que surtan diario artículos de limpieza como shampoo, gorra de baño. También les recomiendo que pongan sustituto de azúcar dentro del sobre de café por favor. El sábado en la noche hubo un grupo musical en vivo que amenizó maravillosamente!! Felicidades por eso !

me gusto el tamaño de las habitaciones muy limpias, y amplias , el room service muy rapido muy atentos,que tengan netflix es algo muy bueno. no me gusto ver tanta gente en la alberca muy cerca , no se me hizo seguro y no la usamos ni yo ni mi esposa

Lugar muy bonito y comodo para pasar unos dias, comida muy buena asi como las bebidas.

Los cuartos de hotel son muy cómodos y bonitos. Tienes restaurant y spa en el lugar así como cava de vinos. Me encanto todo. Muy recomendado.

Fantastic hotel! Not only was the staff wonderful, the restaurant was AMAZING, we had everything we needed in the hotel and great wifi (for those who had to work on vacation). We will be back!

This hotel has an OK layout but looks thrown together and not really thought out. The plug for the TV was stretched across the wall and the AC pointed directly at one side of the bed. We originally booked 3 nights but we were lukewarm on the place and didn't really think it was worth the price $300+ price per night so we requested to cancel the 3rd night and get a refund. The manager agreed to this and we stayed at another (much better) hotel in the area for the 3rd night. They were unable to process the refund when we checked out and said the manager would reach out to me. The manager hasn't reached out or returned my call and we stayed there over a week ago. I'm going to iniate a dispute on my cc for the cost of the 3rd night. I know this hotel is pretty new and this was a busy weekend so I don't know if it's a normal issue or if this was the first time the septic tanks had this much traffic, but Saturday when they hit capacity, there was a pervasive sewer smell around the pool and in our room. We were also awakened by the sound of the toilet bubbling at night. Deal breaker. Basically this place is a shoddy knock-off of some of the nicer hotels in the area and is not nearly on the level to be charging similar room rates. We were grateful to leave on our final night and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Super clean and comfortable. It's a great hidden spot in Valle for a great getaway. It is also one of the very few spots with a pool, which is great for the warm temperatures during Spring, Summer and the beginning of Fall.
