Solicitei late check out, o combinado foi R$ 150,00 ou R$ 200,00 para mais uma estadia. Ocorre que, na hora de fazer o check out, ao invés de me cobrar R$ 200,00, o atendente disse que o valor sería de R$ 441,00..Óbvio que não aceitei e depois de muito argumentar, obtive o desconto, mas foi uma situação bastante constrangedora.
