They seemed to be having a tough day, a number of rooms were needing to be checked for AC and cleaning. Eventually got to a room, and room was fine. Breakfast was good. Pool was good, stocked with towels. close to highway and lots of places to eat and shop. Easy to locate.

Room wasn’t that clean walking on the floor felt kinda sticky. Dirty spots on the bathroom wall and door. Falling apart vanity. Bed was clean. Hair in the bathtub/shower and around the room. Tv kinda hard to use and I’m 30. Hot tub out of order probably for a long time bc it’s covered with wood. Spooky hallway for our room.

The rooms we were in seemed old. My daughter and family had to change rooms since the room originally given was so hot (thought air conditioner not working). She stated the new room given to her was also too warm and the temperature was around 75 outside. The rooms (especially the doors) need to be updated! The hot breakfast was the best part of the stay! Also, in my room there was an empty tissue box. I had to use toilet paper. This was a first for me in a hotel!

Hotel room was clean. Bathroom had no fan and shower head was coming apart. Room never got cold even though I turned the AC all the way down for the duration of my stay. I could not find an elevator to the second floor. It was difficult to communicate with the hotel staff since English was at least the second language of everybody that worked there. Parking lot had a motel feel and was worried something might happen to my car. Breakfast was good.
