The room wasn't clean. We found roaches and someone's hat that was left here from previous guest. Not enough towels, breakfast not being available wasn't posted on the website which is a factor in why we chose the place.

Worst stay ever, I didn’t even complete my stay. Tub was dirty, shower curtain was filthy, bed sheets and lining weren’t changed. It had stains on it. Front desk representatives were rude and highly defensive when brought to their attention about the situation.

They lied after calling 5 different times asking was the pool was open Nd before I booked a Non refundable room Nd they stayed yes it close at 11. Then I get there Nd! No pool! Nd cane cancel bc I don’t get my mommy back . There was no soap in bathroom not enough rags Nd towels Nd room wasn’t cleaned properly.

Most disgusting place i’ve ever stayed
It was DISGUSTING!! Pool had no filter, burning irritating dirty water! the people at the front desk were rude! and is if those things weren’t enough there were BEDBUGS!!! i never make me reviews but this was honestly too much! waste of $100 ! wouldn’t pay $20 to stay here

Invading and unfriendly staff
The place was clean but there's no hot breakfast as advertised. Just cereal , yogurt, mealy apples, dollar store danishes and old refrigerated boiled eggs. Unfriendly, invading staff walking around everywhere. On the day of checkout 30mins into the hour had a loud knock on the door almost kicking me out for being 30mins late.

When we arrived, we had to request another room because the first one was nasty. The second was barely better! The toilet wasn’t cleaned out good and there was dirt and dust behind the toilet seat. I was asked to come and get a plunger when my toilet kept getting stopped up, and I also seen several roaches.This is definitely a hotel that I would never want to stay in again!

It served its purpose, and luckily we weren't hanging out in the room most of the time just used it to sleep. It didn't seem all that clean. A little trash was left on tbe floor from whoever stayed in there before which just left me wondering what else might have been missed.

Worst hotel I've ever stay at in my life!!!
We were left with no other options due to lack of communication and support. No immediate response and were told cancellation wasn't an option . Upon arrival the conditions were extremely poor. Bloody sheets, insect,and limited and unsanitary "complimentary breakfast ".Our only request was to cancel the room for a closer location to a funeral. Called to asked for a corporate number, and was told there was not one. I was rushed off the phone and hung up on. We felt robbed.
