There was a cockroach in our bed, the hot / cold controls in the shower was not working well, and the sink drained very slowly. $8 for a bottle or still water in the room is ridiculous. The hotel needs modernized. The location is great though. Would not stay her again.

Room was decent, view was great, felt like a resort… breakfast was what you would expect… staff was accommodating and made it easy to relax and get food/beverages 24/7. Complimentary drinks were a nice plus. Food and drinks are pricey.

The rooms were clean, but for the price it could’ve been a little fancier. Staff was wonderful. Restaurants had great service and food. The grounds are outstanding. We booked a cabana at the pool and that was lovely. The outside grounds are just fabulous.
