Great location for a stay in Savannah. Staff were very helpful. And there was a manager’s reception daily with snacks and drinks. Great seating areas to relax and read with your tea in the morning. And beautiful building. Walls alittle thin if you have a noisier neighbor, which only happened one night and ear plugs helped that! But otherwise a great location, great view and great stay.

Quaint and historic. Floors were a bit uneven which was hard on my 84 year old mom. We loved that we could get to the river side and the city side by using the elevator. We used the food vouchers for both recommended restaurants. Managers happy hour was great fun as we met guests from all over. We will be back.

This was such a cool, historical place right on riverfront. I only wish we were able to stay longer, but we will definitely be back. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking was expensive, but there is a public garage right across the street for a fraction of the cost. We were within walking distance with lots of great shops and restaurants. And centrally located to other landmarks.

They stay started out 5 star as Ivey checked us in. She was supper pleasant and helpful. She engaged and ask questions and explained the property to us. Very Valuable associate. Hotel was super cool and historic but the bathroom etc was new and modern. View of the river and balconey was fun....from small boats to SUPER container ships. Keel had an awesome breakfast...Very fun happy hour as well. The location was perfect...we could walk to any and all parts of Savannah we wanted to. Great Job
