Easy check-in, beds were comfortable. Nice to have a small living room area & kitchen. Outdoor courtyard was great gathering area and was able to use the grills for a team cookout. Carpets could be replaced or cleaned and the bathroom sink was clogged.

I never reported it because I assumed room service would show up at some point! We checked in Thursday 8/8 and checked out Monday 8/12. Nobody ever came to clean the room while we were in residence!

Terrible condition
This room was in TERRIBLE condition. Dirty shower with hair, filthy office chair, ripped and stained couch, ripped carpet, walls and doors torn and splintered. The staff was very nice, but the condition is absolutely terrible. It was not an inexpensive room, we were in a two bedroom suite, so this is not a case of you get what you pay for. The hotel needs some serious upgrades.
