Quality Inn Childress

I was given a room that had not been cleaned and had to go back downstairs to get another one. The front desk clerk was very nice and apologetic and quickly gave me another room. Things happen and the error was quickly corrected.

The room was clean and the check-in staff was friendly and efficient. We were given a 2nd floor room - but there was no working elevator so we had to carry all our stuff up and down stairs. But worse, even on the 2nd floor, all night we could hear every 18-wheeler rolling down 287. At least the pillows and comforter were fluffy and against my ears helped me muffle the sound of the diesel engines. The advertised (and presumably paid-for within the room cost) breakfast did not exist- not even a passable grab-n-go option.

Just wish the traffic noise was less. Otherwise, room was ok.

Front desk was very helpful. Would have been nice to know there is no elevator & No breakfast being served. Clean & spacious room.

The front desk receptionist went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable! While the room were assigned was on a busy street, we had a very comfortable night of sleep.

Traveling through town. It was a decent stay. No breakfast due to virus. They’re cable was out so no TV

The hotel cleaning is the service was all average what wasn’t average was the town people did not enforce the masks nor did they enforce the social distancing in the restaurants I was very upset with this town I hope I never have to go through it again

The room was warm. The AC was very loud. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is very small.

They put us street side so it was a very noisy room, didn't get much sleep. No elevators so we had to drag our suitcase up the stairs to get to that room.

I like it was clean..what i dont like was they forget to leave clean towels.evrythings else was good.
