I recently stayed at the Gran Oasis Cancún, and it was, by far, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
**1. Food:**
The food quality was incredibly poor. The meals were bland, lacked variety, and often seemed stale or overcooked. This is unacceptable, especially at a resort that markets itself as an all-inclusive.
**2. Customer Service:**
The customer service was shockingly bad. Staff were often rude, unhelpful, and seemed indifferent to guests' needs. Any attempts to address concerns were met with dismissiveness or complete inaction.
**3. Cleanliness:**
The resort is in desperate need of cleaning and renovation. My room was dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. There were **roaches in the shower** and **mold everywhere**, making the space feel unsafe and unhealthy.
**4. General Condition of the Hotel:**
The entire hotel feels run-down and neglected. Common areas were not properly maintained, and the overall atmosphere was far from the relaxing, clean environment you’d expect from a resort in Cancún.
I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price paid, you expect a decent level of service and quality. Sadly, the Gran Oasis Cancún failed miserably in both. Save your money and go somewhere else!
