Horrible stay.
The room was lacking in cleanliness. Bathroom floor was not clean, dust and trash were behind the bed. The curtains were nasty and dirty with big stains. I expected better. I will not stay there again and will not recommend to anyone. Hope the other Quality Inns are not like this one. If we could get our money back, I would. Horrible,Horrible stay.

Poor Room Condition and Awful Stay
The room was outdated and had rusty lamps and stained walls. We kill two spiders inside the room. The TV remote control was held together by black electrical tape. The room was overpriced for the condition of the room. Breakfast was poor. White paper towels were used as napkins in the breakfast area. This will be my last stay at this hotel and any other Quality Inn.

Worse stay ever‼️
Filthy conditions. The night front desk clerk stated “ain’t no getting ya money back!” Totally unprofessional. Rundown establishment. Only positive about our stay was the polite gentleman at checkout w/ his cool Jeep!

This hotel is not what it use to be. The first night was awful and I had my 5yr old who was under the weather. We were in town for a family gathering. The people in the room next to us had a party, stayed up all night and they were very extremely noisy . I made the property manager Patrick Patel aware. He is a condescending prick! Instead of offering accommodations, he engage in antagonistic behavior with his patron. He assured me if I stayed my 2nd night he would make sure my room was clean . The maid did not change the sheets, they had stains on them and hair was in the bed. I felt like something was biting me. I ended up sleeping in a chair me and my baby . The property manager tells me. I could have checked out! There were no available rooms left in the city. I will not ever Grace that hotel again with my presence and I will tell anyone contemplating staying there , NoT!!

The pool was nice, but warm.
The room has mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, it smells like mold. Small flimsy pillows. Light bulbs out.

Black mold and spiderwebs nasty room
The room was musty upon entering and smelled bad. We came only to sleep close to 11:30pm. Upon waking and going to turn on the lights I noticed a spider web on the wall lamp. The floor was wet and slippery while walking to the restroom. Everything felt damp and in the bathroom I noticed black mold spots on the walls and ceiling. I was coughing all day and evening after my stay in that moldy moist room that was alleviated after being away for a couple of days. I told the front desk of my issues about the room but he only said thanks and I’m not confident that anything will be resolved nor did he offer and kind of discount for our bad experience. I said I’d be giving a bad review as we were quite disappointed after spending nearly $100 to have such a horrible unclean room.

The room wasn’t cleaned well . Mold on the shower handle . Sewer exhaust smell . Room and floor stayed damp .and slippery . Note . I have stayed here several times but this was the worst .
