Lovely location, first class staff, property is letting itself go! Carpet in lounge area- almost threadbare. Our "superior" room. Shower mixer - never the same temperature twice. If it was thermostatic you would not know. Shower head, half blocked, water only came out of the middle holes. Lighting, and absolute disgrace. In the bathroom, fine . In the bedroom, I had to get the torch from my car to see anything. There is atmosphere and just being plain silly! Room was spacious but badly let down by housekeeping maintenance.

What a pleasant experience... beautiful building, friendly staff, speedy checkin/out, location is beyond exceptional, everything about our stay was positive and the whole family loved it there!
