Boy was this a bad choice of a hotel
Room was very small and not enough outlets. Directions were unclear to get to our room, poor signage. Alarm went off at 3:00 AM causing a n evacuation. NO HOTEL STAFF were present to guide guests to safety or announce an ALL CLEAR when it was safe to return to our room. I went to the front desk for information but NO STAFF was present. I went back to the room to call the desk however THERE WAS NO PHONE in the room. I have traveled extensively throughout the USA and several trips across Europe and this has been by far the poorest excuse for a hotel

Perfect Airport Stay
We only stayed one night. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean and comfortable. They offered complimentary morning coffee. There is a early shuttle to the airport (for a small fee) but it was convenient and on time.

Clean hotel close to Munich airport
The hotel is close to the airport and primary reason we selected this site. All of the employees we met were great and very helpful (check in/out personnel, bar attendant). Our room was much smaller than expected, with little space to navigate or store our luggage. The shuttle van to airport was efficient and prompt for 4 am transport. Unfortunately, their was very limited food available for dinner on a Saturday evening at 6pm, and no restuarants close by within walking distance. The other thing which we were not accustomed to was not having a phone in the room or ability to get a wake up call.

The hotel is really lipstick on a pig. It smelt bad and the showers were not clean. When checking out, they tried to charge us for an additional night even after showing them the receipt for a fully paid stay of only one night. Be aware that the shuttle to the airport is a steep cost.

Friendly and guestpositive
Great and simple little hotel 7 mins drive from airport. They have a shuttle fo 12 euro. The room was comfortable and everything you need for a one night layover. Early bird breakfast for free was a lovely gesture. The girls at check in were friendly, positive and helpful. Thumbs up!
