Tru by Hilton Charleston Ashley Phosphate

Our stay was great. The place is beautiful. Parking was good and the clerk was very friendly. It has great aatmosphere. the rooms are very conventional. Very clean. Our room was clean the next morning, something most hotels don't do. We had a choice to say no but we enjoyed the convenience. The breakfast was great. She cooks it and than you let her know what you want and she serves it to each individual. I complement her on doing an awesome job on the food and her services. They have a pool table in the lobby too! Its safe to say its a safe and clean environment. Mask are required. I would differently stay again.

Check in staff was very welcoming. Room was clean. Sheets are amazingly soft. My only complaint is that I could hear the people in the room next door.

The most comfortable sheets and bed I've ever slept on in a hotel! The staff was phenomenal, especially manager Frankie. She was so friendly, personable and helpful!

Just stayed one night. Hotel was clean and room was comfortable.

Everything from beginning to end was excellent! Bed was a little firmer than i am used to, but solid stay all and all.

Great service and clean had a great stay

Tru was really nice. It is new, within a year or so at most, I think. Lots of color and a little funk here and there. The room was smaller than most, but not tiny, and everything was functional. A microwave in the room would be a nice add. Staff was friendly, we had a nice conversation with the night desk clerk. Overall a great stay and we will def be coming back.

The room was very clean! Even the remote was cleaned. No microwave though, it was okay for us. The breakfast was great, they gave us the food that wasn’t prepackaged. The only thing I would change is the housekeeper knocked on the door at a bad time. We didn’t think to put the no disturb sign since there was a note from the hotel that no housekeeping was done during your stay unless requested...I thought she could hear us. That would of told her it was a bad time..maybe she was nosy? I would recommend although.

Absolutely beautiful hotel; modernized and unique. The beds were comfortable and the staff was kind. Breakfast was not appealing, but there are multiple options around the hotel and the mall is only 3 minutes away. Would highly recommend.
