Very well situated in centre of Reims. Decor very drab and tired looking , carpets disgusting but bedding and bathroom clean.

Very central to the centre of Reims. Basic but clean and warm.

The hotel is not really clean and the pictures are not reflecting the reality which is a shame The door of my bedroom was too short and therefore we were not properly isolated from the corridor The bathroom and toilet in ok condition but very small and the drawers damage. The bed and linen were good however The staff was nice and the hotel is ideally located Unfortunately I will avoid this hotel going forward

The property was very old and rundown. our room was on the 5th floor in a separate part of the building. We had use a very old elevator that scared us every time we closed the door. the 5th floor had no lights on in the hall, we had to use our iPhone flash light to find our room that was like going tru a maze. worst room we have ever stayed. worst than any old Motel 6's. We were also charged 147 euros wen the posted rate at the front desk was 107 euros.

It's a great location but some I felt the hallways, room and bathroom were starting to look a bit tired. Also, the hotel car park has limited space so you need to call the hotel and book in advance.

Room was small and not clean with hair found in various areas of the room i.e. bathroom. Staff had little English and made little effort in assisting us. Car parking although available and secure was very tight and 14 Euros additional per night. The location was first class, right in the middle of where you want to be and probably made the cost of the stay bearable.
