Room was dirty, carpet smelled really bad. Hallway smelled like cigarettes. Windows were dusty and really dirty with bugs. The sheets smelled really bad. The bathroom smelled weird and the bathtub was dirty.

Actually not a bad hotel. It's indoor which some people might have a situation with. They gave me a corner room near the elevator which I thought would be a problem, but it wasn't at all. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and nice. The only problem is that I was booked twice at the hotel due to an error and they are supposed to fix it. I hope it does, but it is worth the stay either way.

Great hotel to stay in but terrible customer service. Was given misinformation and double booked. Won't refund the second charge despite staying.

The Hotel was in a quiet area, but the Service was LOUSY!!! If these People are not happy, they should work some where else. There was no Continental Breakfast as advertised, no bagged Breakfast like other places we stayed at. The Decor and the Furniture in the room was old and out dated. My Wife and l will not be staying here again, there are other nicer Hotels in the area.

Many guests didn't have masks on face durimg the Pandemic EVEN IF THERE WAS A CLEAR SIGN AND EVEN IN FRONT OF THE MANAGEMENT (MOST OF THE MANAGEMENT STUFF WAS WITHOUT MASKS AS WELL LIKE AT THE RECEPTION !!). Plus, at the RECEPTION here was a BRAND NEW temporary paper sign showing directions to thr breakfast... INSTEAD there was already the policy to don't supply any breakfast AND THEY SAID NOTHING AT MY CHECKING IN!!! The really first morning I had to find out THIS BAD TRICK and they refuse me even a coffee ( no coffe!!! ) "because of the Pandenmic" BUT I PAID INSTEAD TO EXPEDIA "breakfast included"!!!! And the "manager"(? he had problems and confusion introducing himself, I don't think he was the real manager) at the front desk WAS VERY RUDE when I tried to explain that I had paid for a service (breackfast) not supplied at all... HE WAS VERY AGGRESSIVE, really.. AND BY THE WAY HE WAS NOT DRESSING MASK, AGAINST THE WRITTEN POLICY OF THE PROPERTY...

watch out! the carpet is very dirty, the room is very small. The room we got doesn't match the photo. And they do not allow you to cancel the booking! We had terrible experience with this hotel.
