Convenient location for Arlington family
We needed a place close to family. This was very convenient and very clean. There was no breakfast but coffee was available + we had microwave and fridge. Price was better than the competition. Would stay here again.

We were tourists in DC area and gentleman who was at front desk was EXTREMELY helpful in getting us off on right direction, going out of his way to explain and direct us to the Metro. Rest of people staffing were also very friendly and accomating.

We were in a basement room (100) with a small window and no natural light. There was a leak from the sink on the floor of the bathroom which we reported but as we were only there for 3 nights we said not to do anything about while we there but they did offer to change our room. Hotel was clean and close to lots of restaurants/bars a mile or so away.

The location was very good for getting around to see what we wanted to see. Staff were friendly and efficient but smiles were rare. The breakfast was pretty good on basics with the pork sausage being particularly tasty. Tea selection was outstanding (Bigelow). Facility needs to be updated as wallpaper was peeling or patched in a number of places. I would stay here again.
