Customer service were rude and house keeping didn’t replenish anything

Quiet except heater was noisy

The room was clean, but the sink was slow and bathtub didn’t drain well. There was a wet spot on the ceiling above the door and plaster fell several times during the night. The TV selection was limited, but the room did have a refrigerator and microwave.

I was in a room next to people who were very, very loud. They were partying and screaming most of the night. They also had a dog that barked constantly. I called the office and the response was "due to Covid, we don't have any other rooms available right now. I'll let them know to keep it down" I'm not sure if he did it not, because it went on. The room overall it's what you would expect from a budget motel. It was clean and comfortable otherwise.

I usually come here all the time. Even tho this time I had to get a different room pregnant lady I need air lol stop smoking . My second room was the best out of all the times I’ve been here. Ugh someone slice me and my company tires , called about my credit card on my last day the guy at the desk was rude called around 12:50-1pm something

It was close to downtown, where parking is not free

It didnt look like thr room i wanted, there was sticky stuff on the thermostat and the blow dryer but i was too exhausted to go threw the drama of switching rooms.. People were so loud around 2a and i had just got in to town around 12..the bed was comfy but i wont be rebooking this place ever.

The hotel staff was nice the only thing is I stayed for business from Sunday to Friday and none of those days while I’m at work the maid came in and clean my room until my wife mentioned it and they cleaned it on Thursday my trash want even taken out and that can get roaches in

We were there for school. When we arrived it looked good but i still bleached everything. The beds are horrible like someone layed in the same spot and never moved, it was so indented. We turned the heat on and roaches came out the ceiling vents. It was so gross and they were babies, so they bred there. They give you 1 little garbage bag so you have to call for more and they give you 1, asked for more towels and they wanted the dirty ones back for proof that they were used. I wouldnt stay again do to the roaches, the bed i can handle but not bugs
