Great location. Room was well designed and appointed.

The Business Center was closed! Not so good. It was useful for those who are on business trip!

Warm reception. Bathroom is a bit old. Room size is not as big as picture shown on website.

We did not make it there due to my travel partner's passport expiry date. We could not get any refund after discussing with the manager.

This was our second - and last- stay at RNT. While our first stay few months back was great, this time - we unfortunately were not happy with the lack of internal communication ( regarding a split reservation) and the poor hygiene standards in the room. Out of respect towards the Japanese Mgmt, I will not post the pictures of poor maintenance but this was raised to the Duty Manager as very poor standard for this level of hotel. Having lived in TW for over 10 years, I am well aware of the Cleaning standards here ( what you don’t see doesn’t need to be cleaned...) but to remain in the top tier, RNT needs to do better. The hotel caters to +80 % Japanese customer , so the service is good, rooms are big and the area is very convenient. I hope RNT can improve the “hidden” hygiene gaps and pay more attention to the details. Mold is one thing, and requires only a more frequent bleach treatment but layers of dirt , dried soap around the basin needs more thorough cleaning. We were comped with a breakfast but as this is as well skewed to Japanese taste, we were happy not having to pay for it. Overall, we are now aware that we shall need to find our next high quality/ reasonable price hotel

Friendly staff, convenient location

This hotel is definitely worth every dollar you spend on it. The whole experience was amazing from the moment you step in and you know you can’t find this level of service in any other 4 or 5 star hotel at this price point. This hotel made me feel like royalty and i have never experienced the same level of service in any 5 star hotels I have stayed in before. The location was great as well, only 5mins walk to the nearest station. We came back on the second night and found our shower head broken. But after we call the Housekeeping staff, they immediately came to check on the parts required and got the technician to replace it with a new set, all within 10mins from the time we called them! Never would I expect this rate of service from any hotel. The in-room amenities were all amazing, there’s a lot more amenities than you would expect from any hotel. Overall, this hotel feels more like a 6 star hotel and we would definitely stay here again when we visit Taiwan again.
