Excellent Stay
We stayed there for 5 nights and it was nothing short of amazing. We enjoyed every moments of our stay. Julia was great, Juana, Daniela and the lady who served us breakfast everyday. Rice was made for my daughter each day to accommodate her since she's a year old. We really enjoyed and highly recommend Casa colonial marvel.

Heart of Habana
Lovely service, very helpful and kind. Bedroom is small and there is noise a night from the street, but this is quite usual if staying in the heart of Habana. Breakfast is outstanding and hosts are very helpful.

The Casa was very central and we managed to get to most places of interest by foot. The host (Yisel) was excellent and made us feel at home. She also went out of her way to help us sort our luggage (after it was delayed by the airline) and was instrumental in making sure we got it delivered as soon possible.

Rude staff, a place to avoid
Here I had the worst experience ever in terms of accommodation. That the room looked different than on the photos was not the biggest problem. I had booked it for two people as I wanted to stay there with my girlfriend who is a Cubana. I was hoping I could check in earlier than her as she had to work. When I arrived no one was there, the manager came after a while and I was able to check in. When my girlfriend arrived the manager stopped us and asked in a really unfriendly way where we are going and told me I could only stay in the room alone and called my girlfriend a “girl from the streets” and that we would have needed to check in at the same time. I can understand that it is necessary to register everyone who stays at the place, but that could have been done for my girlfriend at the time when she arrived. What’s more, if it is true that Cubans are not allowed to stay at the place then that is racism. At least that is what I understood as the manager only spoke Spanish. Anyway the point is not what the rules are, it was about that the manager has been very rude. I think the problem could have been solved if she would have been friendly

What a beautiful place to visit Havana, and start the discovery of the island of Cuba. The staff is attentive and very quickly they make us feel at home. They helped us plan our trips to Vinales and Varadero. The bedrooms are very clean. In the morning they serve a delicious breakfast. I recommend you to have breakfast from the casa, because in the street it is more expensive and not always of good quality. Strongly recommend this casa.

La vie cubaine
Casa trés bien placée pour une belle immersion dans la vie cubaine. Tout confort, bien décorées, bien entretenu. Serviettes et draps changer régulièrement. Un frigo dans la chambre, pratique. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux. Les nuits sont confortable mais bruyantes, la fenêtre sans vitre donne sur une petite cour ou il a des voisins, musique. Pensez au boule quies ! Juste déçue que la casa ne parle pas le français comme il étais écrit dans le descriptif de l’hôtel? Je ne comprends pas que ca ne soit pas ressorti dans les commentaire français. Bonne continuation et encore merci <3

Juana nous a accueillis, non à la casa Marvel, mais dans une autre maison située dans le même quartier. La chambre correspondait toutefois à la description. Nettes Zimmer im Zentrum von Havanna
Sehr angenehme Host! Die dort arbeitete Frau war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Das Frühstück war included, sehr lecker und nach Absprachen haben wir am 1.01 um 6.30 ein leckeres Frühstück bekommen! Leider es gab kein Internet im Zimmer, die Host hat uns aber sehr geholfen und hotspot vom privat Handy gemacht. Das Zimmer war gut, sauber, warm, die Betten solala bequem aber ausreichend. Badeszimmer war sauver, leider ab und zu ohne heiß Wasser zum duschen. Es war relativ laut (wie uberall in Havanna). Die Umgebung sieht nicht so gut aus, ist aber sicher und nah am Zentrum.
