With everything going on in the world I expected my room to be pretty clean. Instead I found beard hairs on the counter, mold on the shower curtain and in the tub, urine running down the front of the toilet and surfaces in the room that had clearly not been wiped.

This is a great hotel to stay at. Great customer service, very clean and spacious rooms, large workout gym, and convenient to places to shop, eat, and only minutes away from the airport!

Not worth the price
It's the second Marriot hotel where I go and it's not the quality I was expecting. First, there is nothing for breakfast when all the other hotel offers a small something. The shower was broken and the heater was not working correctly. I was cold during the whole night and there were no additional cover.

Superb! Comfortable! Clean! The shuttle driver is the Best! As a Flight Attendant, we often stay at Marriott, and when traveling with family or friends......I always choose Marriott!

Coming to Pittsburgh we always book the same hotel. This time we came the bar/Starbucks was close and not available. There is not dinner or breakfast and we paid full price. We only come here because of those.
