Wonderful stay in excellent location in Madrid
The location of the hotel is excellent, located near the palace and the main shopping and entertainment districts. The area is located with so many choices of restaurants with different choices of food. The staff of the hotel is friendly, helpful, and eager to set up restaurant recommendations and reservations. They get you tickets to shows and movies. The rooms are clean, comfortable with lots of water and occasional treats. My only disappointment was trying to register for and be accepted for the free use of the audi car. For some reason i wasn't accepted and able to use this feature that the hotel e-mailed us about... Otherwise, this is an excellent choice for a comfortable, problem-free stay in beautiful Madrid. I want to note that "Jose" at the front desk was very helpful with a unique situation we had and we appreciated his help very much. We will absolutely return to this hotel.

Its a beautiful hotel that is well located close to 2 metro stops. The hotel has an excellent spa service. Our rooms were also great, the only downside is that is an $$$$ hotel, so if you have a limited budget, this is your first time in madrid and you are planning to expend a lot of time outdoors maybe this is not the best option for you.
