I was disappointed and surprised there was no safe in the room, unusual for such an establishment. We stayed for 3 nights and, as the cleaning was being conducted late afternoon, we declined the offer as it was too late in the day. We were ready to rest by then. Restaurant was very good, room was comfortable.

6/10 Good

The room was comfortable and clean. The TV didn't work very well and when I enquired about it I was told to unplug and plug back in which makes me believe it was an ongoing issue. The buffet breakfast was very nice. The carpark wasn't great, very small spots and the licence plate recognition to get in and out of the carpark only worked sometimes.

Rude staff member at check in, strange odour in bed, breakfast was over cooked and most of the clean dishes had dirty spots.

Unfortunately the pool is not heated or the heating was not working so temperature was very cold, otherwise the rest of the stay was very good.
