Kids love it here!

Good place near the airport.
Having stayed here before, I pretty much knew what to expect. The place is clean and the rooms are good sized with room to move. Bathrooms are very spacious and clean. It's an older property and that shows in some places. Elevators can be slow. I found the check in to be quick and friendly. Not always the case at a casino hotel. Free parking which you don't get in Las Vegas anymore. There is Valet parking available. I'll stay here again.

I would give give this property a 5, except there is no separate hotel check-in area. Because of this, you still get the smoke smell from the casino when checking in. Once to the room, the smell is no longer there. We checked in at 9 PM, and checked out the next morning at 9, so our time spent there was very short. However, we had no complaints.

Good value hotel in Reno/Sparks. Rooms and beds were comfortable and clean. Kids loved the indoor pool, which was clean and well staffed. Great gym and locker room area next to the pool, but we didn’t really use it. Hotel is showing its age a little bit. One example was an old light fixture in the bathroom, which had some rust. Windows seemed old and thin - road noise was noticeable at night. But in the end we were very comfortable and happy at the Nugget. We’ve been before and we’d gladly stay there again.
