Cozy rooms and overall aesthetic of the hotel. The rooms featured modern appliances and a comfortable bed, but I found the bathroom's water pressure to be quite weak. Some things to be aware of. - There is no elevator, but the front desk staff offered help with my luggage. - Street parking in front of the building is paid, but free from midnight to 9:00 AM. Free parking is available around the block on Zamora St. Overall, this is a great value given the location, the staff was kind and helpful, and I really enjoyed the general atmosphere and aesthetic of this place.

Absolutely my favorite place to stay in Miami and one of my favorite hotels anywhere. It’s the 1923 building, the cost, the area, and the low stress check in and check out. It helps if you speak a bit of Spanish but not completely needed. I will always stay here when I’m in Miami!

This is a basic hotel. The area is nice, the hotel is not. It is dated and it shows. Walks and floors show stains. The AC in the window was dated and worked hard (and loud) That being said: the staff did their best with what they had to make the rooms welcoming. Mattresses and Sheets are comfortable, towels are plenty, Also, it seems to be one of a few hotels at this price.
