In a town as small as Asheville, it's hard for a hotel downtown to be inconveniently located. This one is minutes from all the action. The room is above average as are the hotel amenities (incl the omelet station at the breakfast buffet). Parking is reasonably priced. Staff are pleasant yet professional. Overall, would stay again.

The location is great, and the hotel is overall quite new. Some areas for improvement, esp. for the price, include - the hotel room smelling soggy and the bathrooms looking much older than the room—for example, our tub wasn't level. The gym, while modern, didn't have any exercise or stretching mats which is quite essential for a gym. Staff was overall helpful but the above can be improved.
