Did not feel safe
This is NOT a family destination. We chose it for convenience and price but buyer beware! There were suspicious red stains on the carpet, a funny odor, paper thin walls, loud neighbors and a suspicious clientele. We did not feel safe and almost cut our weekend stay short because I didn't want to stay another night. I could almost overlook the cleanliness (or lack there if) because I knew it was a budget hotel, but I really can't put my family's safety at risk and wouldn't want any other moms to feel the same.

The suite was spacious and comfortable. The only hivvup was being locked out of my room when computer thought id checked out. Same happened to my friends. But while i was loading my car maid went in and had started going through my stuff thinking i had checked out. It was not 11 yet!

Mixed review
The room we stayed in was a double queen size bedroom open to a small living room and kitchen area. It was bigger than the average size hotel room. The rooms are older and could use some updating, but the beds were comfortable. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it and it was right off the highway so you could hear the traffic all night.

Check in was fine. Workers are very nice. However, the room Is dirty..walls, shower curtains, carpet, etc. Room had smell of old smoke, and manager said it’s probably coming from outside because walls are thin.Felt a little unsafe on the first floor in the middle.

The stay was very good, the only issue about the suite was the utensul in the kitchen was missing or broke. The refrigerator was dripping water the entire time and the toilet seat in the second bedroom was missing one part of the toilet seat to tire that better. beside that breadfast was excelent and pleanty to choose. The reception desk was very frendly and respecful.

THEE WORST ES SONESTA EVER
This was the worst experience I ever had at a es sonesta. The staff worked without any urgency or care. They barely answered the phone and the wait in line for anything at the front desk took 15 minutes. The staff didn’t help and didn’t seem to try to address any concerns and when I asked for the corporate number I was giving a pamphlet for their rewards program and the card to the manager which already didn’t care from the day before. Grills were horrible as well as the utensils. It was so many issues from the minute I checked in until I left.
