Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Airport

Stayed here overnight for an early morning flight and left my car parked at the property for a minimal charge. My room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. I enjoyed a yummy meal from the lobby grill - full bar also available. I will stay here again for sure!

Clean room. Great service. Nice lobby. No luggage carts though.

Two rooms reserved- when we checked in at 4pm one room had no shower curtain and sheets were dirty, other room sheets were dirty and not fresh sheets. Asked cleaning staff, who were still cleaning other rooms, for clean sheets and they said we had to ask front desk. Front desk was not accommodating and we had to ask for clean sheets for 4 beds on 3 separate occasions and we only got 4 flat sheets and 2 pillow cases. Poorly ran hotel and definitely not living up to the “Radisson” hospitality.

Checkin was fast, room was clean. Pretty basic straightforward hotel. Bed was comfortable. If you need the shuttle to the airport for a specific time make sure and sign up ahead of time. There’s a limited number of people allowed at one time.

Hotel felt more like a 2 star hotel. On a holiday weekend only had 1 staffer doing check-ins while 3-4 others stood by doing other things so it took 30 minutes to check in. Shower was lukewarm at best. TV would randomly power off and on. When the heater would turn on a loud click would happen that sounded like someone was trying to open the door. Not enough parking onsite. Place needs updating, bathroom tiles fixtures feel really really old. Reviews made it seem like it was a 3.5 star and it’s really a 2 star hotel so expectations just weren’t aligned.

Layover for the night

The sink had a back flow problem and leaked in our room. I had to call twice for them to try and fix the problem. They didn’t even bother to clean up the mess after fixing the leak. I asked for more towels and didn’t receive them until the morning. 😡😡😡

Beware! This hotel will NOT allow you to have guests at your room, cause of covid-19, requires a $150.00 dollar deposit on a room that was already 100% paid for, no heat in the lobby, front desk guy had on a winter coat, and he was extremely rude! Needless to say I left, we didn't stay here. We went and got a room where the hotel was willing to accept my money without stipulations, or some ridiculous amount for deposit that takes forever for them to release anyways!

Not so good. Late airport shuttle (45 min). Front desk clerk wasn’t there for 20 minutes. First room had a broken thermostat that only ran full hot and the room was well in excess of 100 deg. Second room was fine.

The place was honestly the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen, especially for that price point, my room was 135$. There were half full beer and wine glasses outside of my door when I checked in at 8:30 pm! The elevator was dirt and smelly- inside my room the couch was visible ripped, carpet was missing in sections on the stairs in suite- lights were flickering, sheets had stains and marks on them. Awful!
