Hotel Central Luzern

Muy muy buena ubicación. Un poco ruidoso, pero tal vez porque estaba al lado del ascensor.

Muy buena opción para alojamiento en Munich. Al lado de la estación Central de tren y cerca del predio del Oktoberfest.

Nos ha ido muy bien. Si volvemos a Lucerna, repetiremos sin duda.

Simple, clean and friendly. Great location close to historic centre of Lucerne. Helpful reception staff but beware the desk is only manned up to 8pm. Breakfast buffet surprisingly good for what felt like a budget hotel. Free parking and location were key reason for us choosing this hotel as we were breaking a journey with a full car. The parking is 24 hour permit for on street parking in central Lucerne. Worth considering if secure parking is a requirement. Generally though a good value hotel in good location.

The location was very centralized to the bus stations, restaurants, and city center. The customer service was excellent. They let us put our chocolates in the refrigerator since we didn't have one in the room, it got warm in the rooms and we didn't want them to melt. The breakfast was good. It was small but enough to make yourself a sandwich. I would stay here again.

Convenient location, 24/7 coffee and bread available.

We stayed here for two nights between our stay in Bern and Zurich. We loved this hotel! The woman at the front desk Sonia I believe was her name) was so incredibly sweet and helpful. The breakfast area was cute and had a nice assortment considering they don’t have a kitchen. The room itself was very comfortable and the bathroom was quite large. The location was convenient to all things we wanted/needed to walk to. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I find myself back in Lucerne.

Great place, excellent location, buffet breakfast was fantastic,Complimentary coffee, water and fruit available throughout the day, lovely breakfast room to use all day and evening if you eat in to save costs, very friendly staff, room was great.

We loved our stay at Hotel Central Luzern. The hotel was very clean, modern, and had lovely decor. The proximity to the city center and train station was perfect for walking, even with 2 children aged 6 & 8. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in every way. They provided information about all the activities in Luzern that weekend, maps, and a pass for the bus and discounted museum fees. The breakfast was a perfect start to our day and it was so nice to have the coffee bar and fruit available to us throughout the day. The room was spacious for our family of 4. My only critique would be the feather pillows were too flat and I could have used an additional pillow or one that was more supportive of my neck while sleeping. This in no way changed how much we enjoyed the hotel overall. We will definitely recommend to all our friends.
