We were pleased with our stay. I was concerned about the contactless, no hotel staff idea. The communications were a bit shaky, which caused a little concern. The property was clean and the hotel room was just fine. The bed was obviously new. Unfortunately, it was quite firm, which I did not like, but that's a personal preference.
I had received an email in which I was asked for my verification information. I completed it. The night before, I received a text stating that if I didn't complete the information (which I had completed), I wouldn't get my code. I replied to the text and a while later received a note that it was all set. I was to get my code at 4. I replied to the previous text asking if there was anything missing, and why I hadn't received the code. I received the code at 4:20. So ... it caused a little anx, but was ok.
I didn't realize until the next morning that there was a nice lobby (and a lady who came and went, not sure what here role was). They had a coffee pot and baskets of other amenities that you might need more of (shampoo, kleenex, etc). I was able to sit in the lobby, and then out by the pool, enjoying my coffee before my husband work up.
The hotel was very convenient. We had reservations at Nectar Farm Kitchen (which was AMAZING!) and the Comedy Cabaret (which was fun), both of which were within a mile of this property.
All in all, it was a good stay. I probably would not return because of the firm beds.
